The volume is far too low to be of an use and the audio quality is poor.

I like the Peace pillow speaker very much. My husband appreciates the quiet time to fall asleep, while I listen to sleep stories or music on order to fall asleep, too. My only issue is that my pillow is too thick for some of my stories because the tellers have soft voices and the speaker does not go loud enough to hear them properly. When this happens, I put the Peace pillow speaker on top of my pillow inside the pillowcase near my ear. This works well.

the battery life is very poor. also it keeps staying connected to my phone and drains the battery even when not in use..it doesn't seem to auto shut off. also the 3 buttons are not easy to use

The PEACE Pillow Speaker actually includes a Sleep Timer feature that lets you set it to automatically power off after 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 2 hours - so it won’t stay connected or drain the battery overnight. If you prefer to play sounds through the entire night, simply turning it off in the morning will help conserve battery life. The battery lasts for 10 hours of playback.
