We offer a $10 flat rate shipping on all orders worldwide. Free shipping is available on orders of $50 or more for most destinations — eligibility will be confirmed automatically at checkout.

We've partnered with Xcotton to offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout — available for just 2% of your order value.

 

Shipping Protection covers your order against:

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from Jabees.com
  • A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • If you purchased from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for their return policy

 

How to Return or Exchange

 

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email us at support@jabees.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • A photo of the product
  • A copy of your receipt

 

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address. Please note that RMA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

 

Step 2 — Pack & Ship

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the RMA number inside the package
  • For orders over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • The item remains your responsibility until it is received at our returns center — please retain your proof of postage

 

Step 3 — Confirmation & Refund
Once we receive and verify the returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email with your refund details. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds cover the cost of the product only — original shipping charges and transaction fees (including Kickstarter/Indiegogo platform fees) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part
  • Items must be returned in new condition with original casing and packaging
  • Exchanges are only available for the exact same item originally purchased — we are unable to swap for alternative products
