The Importance of Good Sleep

Sleep is important because it allows your body and mind to recharge, concentrate, think clearly and process memories. Without enough sleep, the brain cannot function properly. For adults, it is recommended to get seven to nine hours of sleep while children and teenagers need more than nine hours.
