RETURNING A PRODUCT
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we would like to have the opportunity to make it right. We offer a 7-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee on Jabees Firefly/ BHearing PSAP, as well as a 1-year warranty that covers defects in manufacturing.
We are only able to accept returns or exchanges for items that were purchased directly from Jabees.com or Jabees’ crowdfunding campaigns on Kickstarter and Indiegogo, and a copy of your receipt is required. If you purchased your product anywhere other than Jabees, you must return it to the original place of purchase for a refund or exchange, observing their particular return/exchange policy.
Jabees will provide a refund for the cost of the Product, not including any shipping charges and the transaction fee which has been deducted on Kickstarter/Indiegogo,ect., provided you return the Product in new condition and with the original casing and packaging.
Follow these steps to obtain a refund or replacement for a Product purchased from Jabees in accordance with this return policy:
1. To initiate a return, please send email to support@jabees.com, we will require you to send the photo of the product and receipt copy before we can send you the Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, and the shipping address. An RMA is only valid for 14 days after issuance.
2. Pack the Product in its original packaging and mail it in a sturdy box to ensure the product will be returned without damage. Be sure to include the RMA number in the packaging. The Product(s) you are returning is your responsibility until reaching our returns center. We recommend you retain proof of postage for your records.
3. Once the Product is received and verified, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
Please Note:
We will not refund original shipping charges, unless the reason for the exchange or return is due to an error by Jabees. Your refund will equal your order total, minus the transaction fee and the shipping charges.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We can only make exchanges for the exact same item(s) originally purchased. We will not exchange your purchase for other items.
