Nice item, good quality

Lightweight and comfortable to wear. Sonds quality is good for a bone conducive device. Has held up well while working outside in snow and windy conditions.

Excellent product combined with Hearlink which can be used as a Lapel mic.
Amazing customer service from Jabees.
Now able to hear conversations in busy crowded situations and great to hear sounds of nature when out on my own.

Initially disappointed with what I thought was lack of storage, but realised it was my fault for not loading song files correctly!

32gb is plenty for my needs when swimming and am focusing on technique much better as the music stops my mental chatter

Also using when walking now and are perfect for staying aware of surroundings when my dogs come with me

If i could give a 4.5 i would but im leaning more toward 4 because it is not available. That said these headphones are very comfortable, even to the point i forget im wearing them for long periods of time, 5/5. They do get quite loud and sound pretty decent but from what i understand bone conduction headphones dont sound good in general so considering that i would give it a 5/5. They are waterproof, i have not used them in for swimming but have used them in the shower several times now and they work great. The battery life is alright but nothing to write home about and it is dependent on what volume you are listening at as well as whether it is in mp3 or bluetooth mode. Speaking of mp3 mode i have found it does support .m4a as well. Over all a fantastic product for the price and i do enjoy them quite a bit..... now for the bad..... they can have difficulty pairing (not all the time) and you will have to try several times to get them to pair and connect to the device 2.7/5.
